    Worth visiting!

    Geysir gave its name to all geysers (hmm, that was a bit of a tongue-twister!). It doesn’t do all that much these days, but nearby Strokkur erupts every 5-10 minutes.

    Keep this in mind: When you see a sign that warns you not to touch the water because it’s so hot – HEED THE WARNING—DON’T TOUCH THE HOT WATER-Ouch! :)
