Pienza

Visited Pienza on a day driving through the area. I found the town a bit of a tourist trap but on the way out had to stop and photograph this stunning villa. Since then I have seen the same villa dozens of times – it must be one of the most popular Tuscan images.

My stay in the area of Pienza was so marvellous that I really think about leaving my home and move there to live there! People, Landscape… everything was so beautiful! And being there somehow felt like being home… finally!
