St. Patrick's Cathedral

In a time of developments and strip malls, it’s good to look at a building created by men who were masters at their craft, built by the sweat of their brow who poured their heart into it.

Built in 20 years, we just dont make anything like this anymore.

The interior isn’t much to look at, but the facade is simply jaw-droppingly amazing.

I passed this many times when I was staying on E 51st Street, but never went inside. I did however, go inside their gift shop, just for the cultural experience.

for my grandfather every time I go. He was a great man. I miss him.
