Went on one of the Booze Cruises in the summer and it was one of the best times. What’s better than dancing on a boat circling the Harbor at sunset in 80 degree weather with a drink in both hands?

My mom and I were in Boston at the end of August this year, and one of the more touristy things we did was to take one of those 90-minute cruises through Boston Harbor. It went past all the harbor’s islands and we learned a lot. Plus the view is just gorgeous. We had an amazing day for it weatherwise — the water was smooth and glasslike, it was warm but not hot, sunny, blue skies… you couldn’t ask for a more perfect day to be out on the water.

I’d love to rent a boat next time I go to Boston and take it out on the harbor for a whole day. That’d be amazing.
