West Lafayette

Our largest festival called Feast of the Hunter’s Moon is a fun trip back in time. You’ll learn a bit about local cultural history, how the city was founded and learn about the people who inhabited the area before we kicked them out. Now that doesn’t sound like much fun the way I write it, but both the Native Americans and the French are represented at the Feast. Now it sounds even less interesting. Just kidding. It’s a TON of fun. Great atmosphere, great fun, great food, fun shopping.

Sure, it was fine growing up—but get out and see the world! Please!

Great place to go to school, and a decent nightlife if you actually get out and explore beyond the campus bars.

having lafayette and ignoring west lafayette is like having minneapolis but no saint paul or vice-versa.

Lafayette is not a college town. The zeitgeist of each city is profoundly different.
