From the parking lot at the top of the drive, you can hike to see the bristlecone pines. Unfortunately when we were there on June 1, the pines were still under 2-3 feet of snow! The cafe in the visitor’s center has good sandwiches, huge cookies, and ice cream. over 6 years agoso much beauty, so little time by euterpe35the related image, by J.
