As always, there are a tonne of tourists to spoil the place, but then again, I was one too. Worth a go. over 5 years agoGreat garden and very peaceful. by RyuLauraThis is not as famous as the Gold Pavillion so I found it much less crowded. The garden was far better than the Golden Pavillion also. In general I liked this one much better. I would say it’s a must if you’re in Kyoto. over 5 years agoEveryone goes to Kinkakuji... by noexitBut I really think Ginkakuji is much nicer.
