American Girl Store

I went when I was.. 12 I think. Yes, anyway.. Everything is very expensive and crowded, but it was def. worth visiting!! :)

I found the AG Place store to be super-crowded at all times of year. I have been there around the winter holidays and also just in mid-year, and it is always swarming with children and parents. If you know what you’re looking for and you know the layout of the store, that’s okay, but it’s much too crowded for casual browsing. Most of the products can be found on the American Girl website except for a few AG Place-branded items.

My daughter loved everything about this experience. She had her doll’s hair styled. It is definitely worth planning this a few months ahead of time and making reservations at the cafe. For me, this was what made this trip worthwhile. We had tea there. Oh, and Sephora is right around the corner on Fifth, so moms can treat themselves, too.

It’s expensive, but you deserve it.
