Moderne Burger

Just went there for dinner tonight. Very yummy. I had a veggie burger, fries, and a chocolate shake. I’m so full now, but the dinner was fabulous. One of the best chocolate shakes I’ve ever had!

I live in Vancouver. It feels like a bit of a crime that I have yet to go to Moderne Burger. This will happen very soon. In the next couple weeks I hope.

It was a weekend filled with lots of eating out, and I was lucky that I was prepared for this meal by skipping lunch. Since Kate and Rebecca and I were first timers, we got some tips on how to eat a burger, and why sharing a malted is not a good idea (they’re too good to share). I also had some cups of perfect “diner” coffee…smooth and delicious.

This is Roland’s favourite burger joint, and Peter, the owner at Moderne, said they shared a 4th anniversary there.

The burgers are big, and the amount of fries bigger. Roland and I will have to go back to capture a full audio-visual documentary of Peter and the Moderne Burger experience.
