Costco

Maybe I don’t consume enough, maybe I buy different things, or maybe I just don’t get it. Whatver the disconnect I simply cannot get excited by Costco.

I’ve tried.

I’ve been a number of times and I always feel like I should buy something to save money. But that’s stupid. At the end of the day, I just seldom find anything that I really need and never in quantities that make sense.

At a certain level I feel like Costco is a store for suburbia; and that’s not me.

It’s just a gigantic mega super deluxe store. Nothing special about that! No, but seriously, it’s pretty much a gigantic warehouse full of really cheap crap that is usually put into gigantic quantities. If I go there it’s to restock on TopRamen, not for entertainment or samples.

to go to Costco. The free samples, the fat-free berry sundae, the big parking lot, pound after pound of raw meat, and rock bottom prices! (Can I sell Google ad space on this entry?)
