Playa Dominical

I stayed on a small campground with a company called
ADVENTURES CROSS COUNTRY.
they are based out for California, and you can go places like Thailand, Fuji, Costa Rica, Greece, Alaska, the Grand Canyon, and so MANY MORE!

in Dominical, we stayed at the campground 2 minutes away from Playa Colonia, next to Playa Hermosa.

We did get ROBBED, and got a lot of stuff stolen, but it was a good expreiance.

I studied at a language school called AEC Adventure Education Center. I was mostly in Turrialba, but spent a week in Dominical. It is tiny, but has a lot of character, constant party atmosphere, and it’s easy to get around once you get there (just need your flip flops…).

It’s a big surfing place, but I don’t surf. Even so, still fun.

San Clemente, Thrusters, and Tortilla Flats are popular hang outs. Several places have ladies’ nights that serve unlimited guaro (yuck…) to the ladies.

the town is a HUGE surf spot, it’s so close knit, it’s incredible, go there you’ll like it alot
