Peanut Butter Palooka and Flyin’ Hawaiin are among my favorite flavors. There are only three places in the world you can buy this stuff; go to the headquarters in Bernal Heights, Rainbow Grocery sells it in the freezer section, and some groovy little place out in the Sunset. I only get vegan and non-dairy stuff. Everyone I turn on just can’t believe how good it is—who knew you didn’t need cows milk to pig out????

Great flavors and so many of them, especially for the vegan, no lactose types. Make sure to try Peanut Butter Palooka, Tar mack, and Raspberry Blackout (I’m partial to chocolate).

Only problem is it’s kinda hard to get to. Only wish they had one in my neighborhood.

This local establishment makes the most amazing vegan ice-cream I’ve ever had.

Located in Bernal Heights, this dessert palor is a must visit for vegan’s and any other lactos intolerant people.
