Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport

I stopped at this airport on my way to and from Sweden. It has some of the nicest people working for it. None of them scared me or yelled at me; it was very nice. One man was particularly helpful and told me how to get to Mall of America during a 5 hour layover I had. ^_

Of all the airports I fly to and through, MSP is always the cleanest.

It is meticulously kept spotless and sparkling, even during high-traffic periods. The level of cleanliness is most noticeable when I fly back to the Twin Cities for Christmas each year, from LAX.

Now, with the Hiawatha Line Light Rail connection, traveling between terminals and to and from the airport itself is a breeze. Its also so much quieter and less congested than LAX, but I suppose that goes without saying.

i really like this airport. it’s a lot less confusing thats for damn sure.

I flew in here during the winter of 1989, I believe to see my college buddy, EG, marry Kelly.

shame it took Sam & I an age to get through customs and then when we did I lost my immmigration card and Sam poked himself in the eye, and his new Granma and Grandad’s first view of him was him howling…

But The other bit was good. Amazing how much you can miss someone isn’t it?

MSP is a very nice, state of the art airport facility. The only complaint that I had was that the Custom’s and Immigration occicers there seem to be tight a**ed. Big airport with alot of top notch shopping and dining.

On October 23, 2006, I flew to Minneapolis to compete in the Round 11 finals of AOL’s Gold Rush trivia contest. I survived the elimination round here, and continued on to New York City to compete for $100,000.

believe it or not this will be the place I see my husband next. So for me it’s a major big deal.

HUUUUUGE airport. I love it though, it’s fun running around trying to get to your connecting flight, hahaha. But still stressful. This place is like a mall! And they have a Chili’s, mmmm.
