Ocean Grove

This has been an often visited destination on my family’s vacations to NJ. I have many fond memories of the shore, the restaurants and shops, the hotels and houses, and the tent city. Definitely a quirky little place that is worth visiting.

despite my intense dislike of new jersey, ocean grove has to be one of the most unusual little places i’ve visited in the USA….

There are some interesting gingerbread (Victorian) type homes and historic tent encampment homes.

What I’ve seen of it, I’ve liked.

But remember not to sit out on the porch with a 40 in your hand — it’s a dry town.

Great beach and boardwalk to walk. Good shopping and food in small stores on the main street.
