A tip I have about this place

TO walk comfortably in the streets of Bairro Alto, never wear shoes with thin high hills. Otherwise you can get stucked in the middle of the road.

Great shops with trendy clothes and awesome night life. Sit on the patio at Café A Brasileira for slightly pricy refreshments. It is an ideal location for people watching.
