Wellesley

Lived here for 6 years, then attended college at Wellesley for an additional 4. It’s a horribly depressing place for a teenager from a non-wealthy family, without a car, to live. Being a college student there is survivable, but just barely. It’s a place where townspeople won’t vote to raise funds for the library because they don’t want people from other towns coming in to use it, and won’t approve decent public transportation for the same reason.
