Berwick

I live here.
It is a small, compact town surrounded by farms. I moved here from Halifax when I noticed an ad for a cheap house “walking distance to stores”. Since I don’t have a car, this is a must. I can walk across town, from one end to the other. For the few things I can’t buy here, I take a bus to either Kentville or New Minas, two or three times a year.
I often go cycling out of town. There is a long trail connecting many towns, from Kentville to Annapolis Royal, which passes through Berwick; it used to be a railline but now is used by ATV’s, cyclists and walkers.
