true, their inventory isn’t super-sized… but they are so so helpful and the staff consistently makes outstanding recommendations. what i tend to do is go downtown to borders and browse through their inventory. i find the exact book i want and then walk back to the hill and have bailey coy order it for me.
ps – the special orders always seem to come in lightening fast too.

I love the first line they have on the billboard out front. If you can guess which book it’s from you get 20% off anything in the store. Walking past it for 5 years almost every day, I probably bought 50 books from them this way.

One of the very few places where I’m willing to pay retail for books. Plus they’ve got a great visual arts section, complete with comics. Comics! These people get it.
