Worth visiting!
Toi is a Thai restaurant. There are 80 billion Thai restaurants in Seattle. I have walked by Toi dozens of times hardly giving it a thought. It turns out they have a really neat little upstairs bar area. It is all red and dim with beat up wood floors and cool tables, and best of all it was fairly empty on a Thursday night. The bartender showed us a neat little private room with a couch and some armchairs and a view of the city.
I love little surprises like this, when you walk by some cheesy looking place and dismiss it and then it turns out to be not bad at all.
