Local Employer since 1952
With over 50 years of history, Adelphia began in Coudersport before going public in the mid-80s. Scandal erupted in the early 00s with the Rigas family losing control and being prosecuted by the government. It’s currently under bankruptcy and plans are under way to sell it to Comcast and Time Warner.
