Chico's Tacos

I visited El Paso for 6 months. The locals did tell me Chico’s are the best tacos. I tried them and got hooked on them. Four tacos with sauce and cheeses on the top. When you go there ,try them. I had them a couple of nights before leaving El Paso , that will be one of the places I’ll go to when I go back. You’ll either love them or hate them.

I lived in El Paso from 1975 to 1980, graduating from Irvin High school. It was a weekly ritual to go to McKellegan’s canyon and then to Chicos for 5 tacos with extra cheese. Amazingly, 26 years later, I still get a hankering for this things!

The only time I ever went back to El Paso was for my 10th reunion. The first place I went after the rental car place was to Chicos. God Bless Chicos!
