Interesting
A house designed for 2 adult couples with each person getting a room/studio of his/her own and shared kitchen space plus a bathroom and outside sleeping porch on the roof. Odd arrangement and it looked like a concrete bunker that would be constantly frigid despite the warm southern California climate. However – I then saw some Julius Shulman photos of it in use (with furniture and paint) and it seemed alive and comfortable – what a difference. The gardens are very nice.
