Peaceful and quiet, nice area.

In December, 2002, my wife and I traveled from Michigan to Florida to find our future home. “We’d better do it now, or we won’t be able to afford it,” she said—and she was right!

Indialantic-by-the-Sea is located on the barrier island immediately east of Melbourne. Clean beach with unobstructed beachwalks for miles both north and south.

The appeal for us was a warm Florida location apart from the congestion of south Florida—a place where we could enjoy living on the ocean in a small community rather than among a long line of high rise condos.

The decision has been a good one. And Carol was right—the 70% increase in condo values from January, 2003 to would have priced us out of the dream home we were able to purchase.
