It’s got strip malls, and chain restaurants… a drive down Veterans is a drive down a big multi-lane main street in most any sprawled city in America. Stick to New Orleans if you are touristing, for there is nothing to see here. over 5 years agoGreat Neighborhood Just Outside of New Orleans by whoopaggies03Metarie is pretty cool since it is very close to New Orleans and has great shopping and restaurants.
