Yellow Springs

I have several relatives that have lived in Yellow Springs over the last 150 years. I hope to get to live there for at least one complete year to do family history research and work on the novel I am writing.

Yellow Springs is the perfect, peaceful little town and the residents struggle to keep it that way. So far they’ve succeeded. It’s the best place in the world to just walk and enjoy the outdoors and meet people. I love it and if I ever get my way, I’m gonna move there.

This is where I took my husband when we first met. He considers this our first date… I consider this the beginning of the rest of my life.

The beauty is unmistakable and it truly speaks to your soul.

Go here for calmness, serenity, peacefulness, and a sense of well being. It is definitely a great kept secret!

While you are at it stop and get lunch at HaHa Pizza (I recommend the whole wheat pizza crust).

I don’t live that far from Yellow Springs. I think it is very nice and a diverse place. It is not that far from Antioch College. We have drove up sometimes just to look at the beautiful homes and old shops…I love old homes. I love the atmosphere of Yellow Springs.

Ice Cream, Hiking, and some good restaurants.
