A tip I have about this place  — 1 year ago

    Worth visiting!

Although this place is fun to visit, due to all of the recent media atttention, this place has gotten pricey.
It’s more fun to just go and look at all of the stuff people leave behind and wonder why???

I went on my birthday with a friend. We leave early in the morning and get back in the early evening so we can spend as much time there as possible. We STILL just barely made it to Unclaimed Cargo, which is across the parking lot, and did not manage to make it to the T&W Unclaimed Baggage, which a friend recommended, across the street. I would also like to go to some of their satellite stores, which are all over north Alabama. I have a really good friend from Boaz, and he recommended the one there. Apparently they have a discount mall there as well, so I may have to make a little detour on the way to Scottsboro next time.

where does your luggage go when it’s lost forever? to a big warehouse in a tiny town in Alabama!

Fascinating to walk through and see what people pack. You can also find great deals on not only luggage, but also clothes, electronics, cameras and all sorts of other things.

    Quite a voyeuristic experience.

This place is definitely odd and you can find some neat stuff, but I’m not sure that I would plan a whole trip around it. Maybe if you paired it with a trip to see the group Alabama’s Museum.
