Grants Farm

I love it and visit frequently durring the operating season. You can only visit for a few hours and know you have seen it all or make it a day trip. The hands on experience with feeding the animals. The goats will eat your pants or even shoe laces if you are not careful! You can be closer to the animals and reach out and touch them. Also be spit on by the camels if you get too close.

It is a great mix of adult and child entertainment. The children enjoy the animals and the play area. The adults enjoy the free beer and food.

Grants Farm (owned and operated by Busch) is located just outside St Louis and worth seeing. Admission is FREE although there is a small parking fee. They have a tram ride through a zoo-like area, very open, which houses something like 1000 animals from the US and around the world, and of course the stables house many of the famous Clydesdales horses.

Oh and there is free beer…
