Angola

It’s worth visiting if you are looking for a relaxing (and low cost) place in which have fun in the summer. It’s a pretty quiet area, but the people are nice and the drinks are cheap. The drive down Old Lake Shore from Buffalo to Angola is short, and you see a lot of the grand old estates from back in the glory days of Western New York.

Angola also has a drive-in, which is fun if you are looking for something a little different to do on a summer evening. It has a little bit of a Scooby-Doo haunted drive-in vibe going on, which I think is a plus.

Ive been to the rest stop in Angola on the New York Thruway…. haha!!! I remember it becuse its got the walkway and looking down on the road there is tar smilie faces.

boring as anything. i love it though. i am a country bum. i love lake erie. we have the best sunsets in the world. i love it here.
