But I will say that it is a bummer that there is no mall or Target and it gets very crowded in the summer. Wouldn’t be so bad if all the old people drove the speed limit (50) instead of going 30. Believe me, happens everyday! over 3 years agoI live in Oak Harbor, and love it by WhidbeyPixSmall town, nice people, lots of beaches, great places to go have fun in the summer (Deception pass, Mt.
