Shuna Island

We hried one of the 4 cottages (and boat with outboard) on the island in Easter 2004 from http://www.islandofshuna.co.uk – beign the beginning of the season there was only us and the family which run the farm.

No ferry, no electricity, no landlines, no mobile coverage (at least with my provider), no internet – and hence perfect for a break from the city.

BTW, there’s another island called Shuna in Argyll. Shuna Island is in the Inner Hebrides, East of Luing, South of Easdale, and West of the mainland at Ardauine / Craobh.
