Elk Grove

If suburbia is what you’re looking for, Elk Grove is the perfect place. Track homes, chain restaurants, decent schools, and small shopping areas is pretty much what you’ll find here. If I didn’t have a teenager, I probably would not have moved here. In fact, I know I wouldn’t have. My home is beautiful, but we’ve lost money because of the overbuilding and high interest rates. If I could purchase for the same amount in the Bay Area or SoCal, I would much rather live there.

unless you live here, or you’re looking to buy a house here, there’s really no reason to be here. it’s just a lackluster suburb with shopping and an increasing crime rate. most people just view it as a stop in life rather than somewhere you would want to live permanently.

it’s expensive to own a HOME. but if you bought a home before year 2000 you made a ton of CASH $$ !! HAHAHHAHAHA … love the PEOPLE .. great COMMUNITY .. can’t find any *ELK*’s only GROVES!

I guess its ok its a big small city just outside of Sacramento… you have to be creative to enjoy yourself
