The Pint is awesome. The people, the food . . . ok, the service not so much – but big improvements as of late. The beer is great, the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. There is live music scheduled & on Sunday there is a group of “celtic players” who play free. (they played at our wedding too!!) It used to be that you could go and play boardgames at your table & stay for the evening. Now it is way to popular for that. Tables are a premium & I would suggest an early dinner if you want to make sure that you get a booth. The bar is a fine place to grab a bite too, and if that isn’t for you – get take out. You can also purchase a growler to go. I like dark beer so my fave is the Farmer Brown. The Irish Red is good too.

This restaurant makes a big point of using locally produced and organically raised farm products. When I was in town last summer for a wedding, the owner of my bed and breakfast recommended the restaurant for dinner, and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s nice and laid-back, and the food’s pretty good.
