Excellent Moroccan food
Amanouz has a very broad selection of Moroccan food, as well as a few more common Middle Eastern items (like gyros). Items include many vegetarian options. I lived in Morocco for 3 years and can say confidently that this is authentic Moroccan food. Amanouz also makes a great breakfast (lots of omelettes) but I’d be a little reluctant to say it’s typical of Morocco, where breakfast is often dry-cured Moroccan olives, french bread with butter or jam, or eggs cooked with “khlia” (a kind of seasoned dried beef). All in all, definitely worth visiting.

Moroccan food, international all over
When i lived in town, i went every weekend, every time i had a guest. French speaking clubs would meet there and chat. There are international newspapers. In a tiny city like Northampton, you have to take your international eclecticism where you can find it.
So much of the food is good, but since i get there once a year or less now, i stick with the herbed eggs.
