Just assume you are going to a regular ol' museum

Really. That’s all you need to know. That’s all you should know. Just relax, enjoy, and go see the museum. Let your mind wander. Check out every room. No rush. Take your time. Just let it all sink in. You’ll want to do just that.

A review of this place: Wacky.

I wouldn’t say this place is completely awesome, but it was interesting. Most of the very random displays didn’t have very good documentation, so you really didn’t know what you were looking at a lot of the time. I was there last year, & there were a displays about:
-collections of people who happen to live in trailor parks
-dice owned by this famous magician who has a dice collection
-old medical myths illustrated (like, “to cure a cough, eat 10 hairs from a blonde virgin” (I made that up, don’t try it))
-a display about chemical sublimation
Other random things. So I can’t say I learned anything, or like, really enjoyed myself, but it was a funny place to go, just because it was really random.

ehhhhhh....

wishy washy on this one.. I’ll say checkit out and form yuor own opinion. Weird, and unusual stuff. Like they went back in time into old museums that had stuff that didnt actually have scientific value, and then stuck it all in their museum. Novel, and kinda fun for about an hour or so, then its time to go.
after that check out Nova Express Cafe on Fairfax across from canters deli.. not too far, and it’ll be good for some grub after youve gotten bored of the weird stuff and need something a little more… excitingly sci fi?

Don't miss the singing bug...

The memory “exhibit” fascinates me. Go there & give a donation so they can fix the many broken pieces…
