I had the pleasure of touring the Hydroponic Farm by Ursula Haigh
on the third day in Anguilla.
I had contacted Dr. Howard Resh prior to flying to Anguilla
to ask if I could tag along on one of his tours. He was most gracious and allowed me to film parts of it.
This farm grows food and herbs used in the resort’s restaurants as well as the spa.
The excess food is donated to a local food bank.
The thing that I found most interesting was that the Island has no fresh water~ it’s all brought in!
