According to the people at Food Network, OTTO has one of the 50 best pizzas in the country! Their menu is excellent and varied and the feel of the place on Munjoy Hill is comfy and pub-y with tin tiles, big wooden booths and wood floors. I had the famous bacon, scallion and mashed potato which is just that – lumps of buttery mashed potato on a pizza crust topped with tons of crumbled bacon, scallions and cheese. It is as good as it sounds.
