One saterday afternoon you’ll know this is the best beach in the country

very beautiful. we went to chincoteague & assateague… the horses just walk right up to you and let you pet them. it’s amazing.

I really like it here, you can just away from it all & clear your head here. Love the lighthouse, one of my favourite memories is walking back from the lighthouse & getting up close to a deer & her fawn (who promptly ran away)

When I was a kid, we lived in Fort Lee Virginia. We kept a small sailboat on the James River and occasionally sailed down the river and out into The Bay. Once, while we were sailing there, some dolphins came by the boat and sailed with us in the bow wave. It was magical. Even though we lived there for three years, we never made it to Chincoteague or Assateague to see the horses. There is much to see all around the Bay and I would like to wander slowly around it, perhaps even on a bicycle.
