Long Beach Museum Of Art

The museum has a small gallery for changing exhibits downstairs, and an installation of stuff from their permanent collection upstairs, the strength of which seems to reside in Californian artists.

The grassy courtyard overlooking the water and outdoor cafe seating are especially lovely. Go on Sunday for a leisurely brunch with DJed ecclectic low key soudtrack.

The admission is free on the first Friday of every month!
