Absecon

this place is okay, it’s fairly typical of New Jersey. There’s some nice spots, but it’s mostly upper-middle class people driving their kids to school sporting events or going to Wawa (which would be the busiest place in town almost any given time of day). There is also a lot of motels around, to cater to AC tourists during the summer. I suppose it’s only benefits are being close to the beach and affording an attractive view of Atlantic City.

It’s home. It’s Jersey. Jersey is worth going to just to say you’ve been a badass for a day. Unless you couldn’t hack it.

PS- north jersey isnt the same as south jersey.

Absecon is the last land town to get to AC. Sadly it has become a 6 lane highway with in the last few years. Sure if you go to the docks you can see a great night view of Atlantic City but that’s about it. It’s just a town to drive through filled with motels.
