Plimoth Plantation

Despite being from New England all my life I’d never been to Plimoth Plantation before our vacation last week. This place is a blast. The Wampanoag village is fantastic, because like the colony, the residents try to do most everything in the authentic manner, including housing, dress, and food. The colony does the same, going so far as to be completely in character, and perfoming regular period tasks. The only thing more fun than visting Plimoth would be to work there.

Went here in 1993. Had a week in Orlando followed by a week in Cape Cod. Cape Cod was by far my favourite and the Plimoth Plantation was possibly the highlight of my holiday. Definitely worth visiting.
