Oudtshoorn

Visit Oudtshoorn to see the Ostrich farms and the Cango Caves, and to drive by the (gravel) Swartberg Pass to Prince Albert. The drive is very scenic especially the dramatic change from the green of the coastal belt to the dry Klein Karoo.

Don’t fall off the ostrich as I did and land on your coxex. I couldn’t sit for days and I was on a driving tour of the Cape!

and beautiful ostriches and landscape, cycle up the Swartberg Pass, have lunch in Prince Albert (its a town) swim in Meiringspoort Waterfall, and have a sundowner in Oudsthoorn.
