this Malapascua trip was my bday treat.. I’ve never been to place so hard to go to.. It took us 3 hours to get here, but as we landed in this small island – i was in AWE.. there were only few people, mostly foreigners.. it felt like we were foreigners in our country. I celebrated my bday with my closest friends. Such a great experience!over 5 years ago

I went there with my fiance some 3 years ago and I was surprised that the place looked like a little boracay (at least in shape! :) They got white sandy beaches but not quite well-maintained, I didn’t realize I was already swimming with a school of jelly fish! Food was excellent, most resorts served fresh catch..over 6 years ago
Best food I’ve had in the Philippines. Hippocampus had really good green curry.
Beach is nice but marred by washed up coral from old dynamite fishing.
Weather was windy in August, but not bad considering August is the rainy season in most of the Philippines. Windy weather made diving difficult (one diving boat broke in the waves).over 6 years ago
