The area’s not exactly scenic, unless buildings are your thing. If you're into horses and small-town life by zdwyattI went to high school in Aiken. It’s a sleepy town so it’s not exactly the best place to spend your teenage years. But it’s beautiful and there are horses everywhere. Plus, the general level of education is high because so many residents are employed by the nearby Savannah River Site.
