I had a great childhood living in Hawaii. It was wonderful. over 6 years agoUntitled by starletstephSince i live on the island, I get to check out a lot of hidden things. The theatre groups over here are probably something that the tourists over look alot. Some of the best high school and profession plays I have ever seen in my life were at the Castle Theaters and Paliku Theaters in this part of the island. Not to mention Haleiwa Joe’s a wonderful restaurant that we all like to spend time at after the shows. And the drive over there is spectacular, too. When it rains, the mountains lining H3 spill waterfalls over the sides of the road. So it’s not a danger to the cars (usually) but it’s a tempting distraction. over 7 years agoThe People and the Places by Joseph HunterThis is definitely a good part of Hawaii to be at. I live here at the Marine Corps Base in Kaneohe and the people around here are friendly, the view is beautiful, you got the bay to sail around in your free time and you are just one road away from everywhere on the island. over 7 years agoThe sand the sun the surf the hiking? by Michael FrenchGreat hiking all over the place, and also the Double Islands, Moko Luas over 7 years agoSee all 7 entries |
