Fresh organic veggies & fruit, fresh cheese (including some French varieties!,) Irish Apple juice of all varieties without sugar, nuts, olives, dried tomatoes…mmm…can you tell I went hungry? And then to finish it all off, a warm, savory crepe to munch walking home. Perhaps I should have noshed the crepe before I started my buying frenzy.

I’m new in town but for visitors or other recent transplants, the more precise location for the market is in Meeting House Square.

Well worth browsing on a Saturday in town for fresh, breads, cheeses, olives, organic veg. etc. from local suppliers and growers. Grabbing bits and pieces from the various stalls is a great way to get a cheap meal in what is one of the tourist traps of my home town.
