First Colony Inn

An old beachfront inn that was completely renovated after being relocated three miles south in the late 1980s. There are 26 guest rooms, each with its own flavor, and (important for most guests) each with a private bath and modern amenities.
Now a bed and breakfast, breakfast is served daily, and there is an afternoon social hour. The inn also has a well-stocked library with a computer with Internet access and limited wi-fi access for those who bring their own laptops.
Located between Route 158 bypass and the beach road, there is easy access to the beach. For those preferring calmer waters, the hotel has its own outdoor pool also. The first two floors have wraparound porches stocked with comfy chairs for lounging in the breeze.
