San Juan Del Sur

This is a two horse town – one is dead and the other is on life support

I spent a month here living with a local family and it was an amazing experience. The town is so beautiful and the people are really nice and friendly. I definitely recommend visiting this town and going to Ricardo’s Bar on the beach. I would defintely go back in a second if I had the chance.

Very beautiful place with some expensive and some reasonable places to stay. If you dont do anything else while you’re here, take the water taxi down the coast to one of the more remote beaches because they are BEAUTIFUL. but be careful walking around san juan del sur at night, there are many stories about theft.
