education… shitty
people…. shitty
housing prices… shitty
...
but, ya know, it could be worse

And it’s gotten to be a very big place for housing from the past few years.
Yet, it’s pretty much the worst place to be if you are 17 (like myself) because there is honestly nothing to do but aimlessly drive around. The beach is in Melbourne, a 30 to 45 minute drive depending on where you live in PB, and the local show venues (for independent or rising bands) are in the Eau Gallie area which is also a good 30 minute drive. Orlando is usually where everyone goes to see the bigger bands, and also where many theme parks are, besides Tampa and Kissimmee. So if you care about gas, I’d move closer to the attractions.
