Mulholland Drive

Mullholland is all right, but if you’re going to drive it or any of the canyon roads in the Santa Monicas, please, please, please know how to drive on a road that turns. It seems like half the cars are driven by people who have never seen a curve before and just can’t handle going more than 10mph through them.

Drive through the part of Mulholland Drive that goes through the Hollywood Hills. There’s a Mulholland Scenic Corridor off the side of the road that people can stop at to see views of Los Angeles, such as the Hollywood sign, Hollywood Bowl, Griffith Park Observatory, and the LA skyline (if it’s a clear day).

was cool up there. must see the movie some day.

through the Hollywood Hills. Sunset with PJ Harvey’s “A Place Called Home” blasting, winding through the pink and golden evening light. Or at twilight with the expanse of city lights below to the haunting whispers and screams of Jeff Buckley.
