Eastern Shore

There are days I miss The Shore so much it aches. I was born here, and I’ve always said that when I retire it is where I will return. I miss trees and open skies and corn fields and fresh air and the rivers and the bridges and my family. I miss fresh sweet corn, roadside stands, and summer BBQ’s. I miss laying on the grass. I’ll be back this summer though – family reunions are coming up!
